Each session is completely customized to the needs of the client in the present moment. INSURANCE Have insurance or massage benefits? We will provide a copy of the sale receipt through a link in a text message the day of the session for the ‘Paid’ amount valid for a claim. We accept motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims. Im currently in network with Cigna and Humana. I am also currently a community care provider for the V.A. in Cleveland OH. You will need to have a doctor's referral for massage with diagnosis codes to make the appointment. Please check with your insurance provider prior to making the appointment that massage is covered within your plan. MOBILE MASSAGE Must be located more then 15 miles away from my studio space in Willoughby OH. Enjoy a spa-quality experience while at-home, the office or hotel. I will be located at Nelson Ledges Quarry Park on festival weekends throughout the summer from April to October. I'm located to the right of the stage in front of Glass-N-Stuff's vending booth on Shakedown. If my massage table is there then yes I am open. If it's empty, yes I'm available. If there is a person on my table please refrain from coming up to talk to me over my client's head while they are getting a massage trying to relax. Please be courteous and wait for them to get up and leave before trying to get on my table. If you are NOT a licensed massage therapist NO I will not trade massages with you. Cancellation Policy

To honor both your time and mine, please note the following cancellation policy: 🔹 No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. 🔹 Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. These fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes impact my ability to serve other clients who may be waiting for an opening. I kindly ask that you plan ahead whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for check-in and an intake consultation with the therapist. All minor children under the age of 16 receiving massage must be accompanied by an adult parent. 18 and under, parents need to sign a waiver. Please notify me if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions I need to consider before your services (i.e. pregnancy, disease, product sensitivities, or aggressive medications.) Regarding late arrivals, I'm unable to guarantee the full-service time due to the following scheduled appointments but I will do my best to accommodate guests. Full-service time will be charged for shortened sessions due to late arrivals. For individuals with one or more services, cancellations must be made 24 hours before the service. The full massage will be charged for late cancellations or failure to call or show up on the day of the service. For cancellations, before 24 hours, we will refund the full deposit. I also reserve the right to require a credit card number so that appropriate fees can be applied if a late cancellation or no-show does occur. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
